If you are at any stage unhappy with the service provided then please let me know so that I can hopefully put your mind at rest. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please set out the details in writing and I will then write to you within eight weeks setting out my final response to the complaint, and how you can pursue your concerns further if you do not agree with my proposed resolution or outcome. If you are still unhappy, then you should contact the Legal Ombudsman Service which investigates complaints about Solicitors. Complaints must be raised within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
